Couldn’t recommend Jason enough, he’s helped me get ready for my first half Ironman triathlon. I’ve got 9 weeks to go and am feeling confident and noticed a huge improvement in my fitness throughout the 3 disciplines. He created a program that works around my busy work life, giving me lots of support and encouragement and keeping accountable for my training sessions. 😊

I met with Jason to discuss improving my fitness and endurance for ultra marathon events.
We thoroughly discussed what my goals were and he took time to understand how we could work together to achieve this.
I loved the simplicity of the Training Peaks app which let me see in advance what was expected of me. And straight after each workout gave me data and feedback (aka pretty graphs) of what I had achieved.
Without even realising I was being challenged and pushed beyond my comfort zones and every time I stepped up with accountability.
Jason was always on hand to answer any questions or explain any sessions. His feedback went over and above any expectations I had. He was always totally supportive and never judgmental.
My plan was tailored specifically for me.

I have been working with Jason for the last 3 years now and from a newbie in triathlon I have managed to achieve so much - I qualified for the Ironman world championships in Kona after completing my first Ironman in Tenby , Wales . I couldn’t have done that without his guidance and advice. I felt the coaching was all very personalised and it helped me gradually make the necessary adaptations for race day and stay injury free at the same time . Jason is approachable and always available to answer any questions I might have about training . I also feel there was a team approach regarding the Kona build. I am very grateful for all the support and would highly recommend their coaching services.

Literally the best thing I've done for my fitness both physically and mentally. The knowledge and evaluation of workouts are next to none. I love that I give a goal, say what time I have and available equipment and it's set! The support is amazing and I genuinely feel valued and cared for. Even though I'm aware I am not the only person being coached, I feel as if I am, which is amazing! Always has the time. Highly recommend to anyone!

What began as a small initiative, working with a local triathlete community to enhance their running and cycling, quickly grew into a thriving core of triathlon coaching clients, thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations. In 2021, we had a fortunate breakthrough when professional long-distance triathlete Kieran Lindars (who has recently come second in the 2024 European ironman championships in Frankfurt and 8th at the World Champs in Hawaii) approached us for training support. Kieran was specifically looking for a cycling coach, feeling that traditional triathlon coaches weren’t meeting his standards in this area. Seeing a gap in the market, we swiftly introduced cycling-specific training for triathletes as part of their comprehensive training regimen. This unique approach quickly proved successful, with Kieran’s world triathlon ranking soaring from 250th to a solid position within the top 50. In 2022, Kieran achieved the prestigious title of European Long Course Triathlon Champion. Following this success, we expanded our cycling-specific triathlon coaching to a wider audience, including both professional and age-group athletes, and welcomed professional triathlete Natalie Lawrence to our roster.

Building on our successful partnership with Kieran, he officially joined the Ride Revolution coaching team as a triathlon coach in 2022. With a significant surge in demand for triathlon coaching following Kieran’s outstanding results, we strategically added him to our coaching roster in 2023, offering a comprehensive triathlon coaching package under one roof. While our coaches Charlie and Emily continued to provide expert bike and run training for triathletes, Kieran’s inclusion allowed us to offer a holistic approach, covering all three disciplines. As demand continued to grow, we decided to establish Tri Revolution as a separate brand, aiming to replicate the success of Ride Revolution and position Tri Revolution as one of the country’s leading triathlon coaching brands.

Our approach to triathlon coaching is unique. We offer the flexibility to focus on one, two, or all three disciplines, with world-class support tailored to each area by coaches who specialize in that discipline—something we believe is missing from many traditional triathlon coaching services.

    Placing the Foundations

    Your dedicated coach will conduct an in-depth onboarding consultation. This involves a detailed analysis of your past training data, combined with current fitness assessments, to accurately identify your unique strengths and development opportunities. Together, we’ll design the framework of your optimal training week, carefully integrating it with your life’s commitments. This collaborative assessment establishes the essential foundation for your entire plan and marks the beginning of your ongoing coaching partnership.

    And so it begins…

    This is where your training takes shape. Your coach crafts your initial training schedule within TrainingPeaks, setting your structured sessions. You execute and upload your data; your coach then provides expert analysis and actionable feedback.     Indoor training is an important tool. The majority of our clients train indoors either by choice or due to time or weather conditions for at least some of their sessions. Coach set sessions can be easily adapted to suit indoor or outdoor training.
