Kieran Lindars Triathlon Coach
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Kieran Lindars, a seasoned Triathlon Coach, and professional athlete. With over a decade of professional involvement in triathlon, Kieran’s journey began as a member of the National British Triathlon talent squad during his junior career, where he proudly represented the nation on numerous occasions. In 2013, Kieran’s achievements included securing second place in the European triathlon relay qualifiers and subsequently earning a prestigious European Bronze medal as an integral part of the British Triathlon squad. Impressively, he accomplished these feats while simultaneously navigating the challenges of pursuing his GCSEs, providing him with a unique understanding of optimizing training for time-crunched athletes.
Kieran pursued Sport Coaching at the University of Brighton, maintaining an intentional balance between academic pursuits and competitive racing. Transitioning from a student athlete to the pinnacle of professional racing, he made his mark in 2019 by participating in his inaugural long course non-drafting event. Since then, Kieran has steadily climbed the PTO world rankings, currently holding the 44th position. His breakthrough moment came in 2022 when he clinched victory at the World Triathlon European Championships.
With a lifelong commitment to coaching, Kieran brings invaluable insight into the training methodologies of elite athletes. Holding a British Triathlon Level 2 Diploma and a Coaching Degree Bsc Hon, he combines academic knowledge with practical experience.
