This program is led by our in-house head run coach Jason Newbery, and supported by our experienced coaching team. Initial Consultation with Our Head Coach

From here, we’ll determine which of our coaches is the best fit for you, ensuring your running coaching experience is aligned with your needs from day one.

Analysis of Athlete History

To build an effective, individualised running program, we begin with an in-depth analysis of your athletic history. We’ll assess previous training patterns, race performances, and running metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement. By understanding where you’ve been, we can better chart a course forward with clear goals and measurable progress markers.

Fitness Test and Setup of Training Zones

Establishing accurate training zones is a crucial component of our running coaching package. We conduct initial testing to determine your current fitness level—this may include pace-based assessments, heart rate testing, or lactate threshold evaluation.
