Our Running Coaching Package is designed for Runners and of course Triathletes, and is based around weekly coaching from our dedicated professional coach, Jason Newbery. This particular version of the package is delivered by our in house dedicated running coaches. Features include:
You will have an initial consultation with our head coach to ascertain your coaching needs and which of our running coaches would best suit your requirements.
In depth analysis of the effectiveness of past training and establishment of goals and needs going forward including means of contact athlete requires.
Initial testing to set up correct training zones for various disciplines with ongoing modification throughout your time with us.
Goal focused training set on a weekly basis
Strength and conditioning or nutrition advice at no additional charge through your coaching package.
Regular coach initiated contact across preferred means, ensuring coaching run smoothly at all times. In addition, we offer unlimited athlete initiated contact as needed to ensure our coached runners feel fully supported.
TrainingPeaks account/integration of existing account. TrainingPeaks is an online system that allows sessions to be set in an easy to follow manner and gives you and your coach easy access to your training all in one place.
Access to discounts with all of our partner brands. Tri Revolution shares partner brands with Ride Revolution, meaning an extensive list of partner brands.
This Running Coaching package has no sign up fee and carries no minimum term contract.
