Launched in 2020 as part of our sister brand, Ride Revolution, we are thrilled to announce the 2024 debut of Tri Revolution, a specialised coaching brand dedicated to triathletes. Starting with small-scale collaboration with a local triathlete community to refine running and cycling, our reputation grew quickly through positive referrals. Today, Tri Revolution stands as a leading name in triathlon coaching, serving a diverse group of athletes, from age group competitors to professionals. A turning point came in 2021 when professional long-distance triathlete Kieran Lindars approached us for cycling-specific coaching, seeing a gap in the market where triathlon coaches often lacked specialised cycling expertise. Recognising this need, we introduced cycling-only training as a core component of our triathlon programs, and the impact was immediate: Kieran’s world ranking soared from 250th to within the top 50, and he went on to win the European Long Course Triathlon Championship in 2022 and 8th at the 2024 Ironman World Champs in Hawaii. Inspired by this success, we expanded our cycling-focused training for both professional and age group triathletes, welcoming professional triathlete Natalie Lawrence to our growing roster of clients.
In 2022, Kieran joined the Ride Revolution team as a Triathlon Coach. His success sparked a wave of interest in our triathlon coaching services, leading us to develop a comprehensive triathlon coaching package that covers all three disciplines. With coaches Charlie and Emily providing expert bike and run training, and Kieran’s addition completing the triathlon offering, demand continued to soar. To keep up with this growth, we established Tri Revolution as a standalone brand, dedicated to maintaining the high standards set by Ride Revolution. Our goal is to establish Tri Revolution as one of the UK’s premier triathlon coaching brands.
Our approach to triathlon coaching is highly flexible. Athletes can choose specialised coaching in one, two, or all three disciplines, with world-class guidance from coaches who specialise in each area—a distinctive feature often missing from traditional triathlon coaching programs.

How our Triathlon Coaching works
Initial Consultation
Following your initial enquiry with us, Head Coach, Jake Hales, will contact you and arrange a phone appointment. It’s important for us to get a good understanding of your current situation, your goals, style and also your general history. Jake will then recommend the best Tri Revolution coach and package to suit your needs.
Where are you at?
Your new coach will have a second, more in depth consultation and will analyse past data and training in depth as well as conducting tests to assess your current fitness level, strengths and weaknesses. This will then form a baseline to create a plan unique to your needs to maximise your potential development.
And so it begins..
Your coach will create a personalised training plan for you, using TrainingPeaks software to set and record your sessions. After each training session, you will upload your data. Your coach will review your training, provide feedback and set your next block of training. All training is bespoke to each athlete.
Ongoing Development
Your coach will provide regular feedback and analysis based on your training results via phone, WhatsApp & TrainingPeaks, helping you continue to progress your goals and improve performance. Training will be constantly adjusted to suit your needs and maximise your performance for your current goals.
