Launched in 2020 and initially integrated into our sibling brand, Ride Revolution, we are thrilled to announce the launch of Tri Revolution in 2024, an exclusive triathlon coaching brand. Our journey began with a small local triathlete community, focusing on enhancing their running and cycling skills. Through positive word-of-mouth, we quickly built a loyal client base. Today, we are a leading triathlon coaching company, working with athletes of all levels and ages, from amateur to professional.
In 2021, professional long-distance triathlete Kieran Lindars approached us for specialised cycling training, highlighting a gap in the market where triathlon-specific coaches were lacking in cycling expertise. Recognising this opportunity, we introduced exclusive cycling training for triathletes as a core part of our program. This innovative approach proved successful, propelling Kieran from a world ranking of 250th to the top 50. In 2022, he became the European Long Course Triathlon champion. We then expanded our specialised cycling-focused triathlon coaching to a wider audience, welcoming professional triathlete Natalie Lawrence among others.
Kieran joined the Ride Revolution coaching team as a Triathlon Coach in 2022. With the increasing demand for triathlon coaching, driven by Kieran’s success, we incorporated him fully into our coaching roster in 2023 to offer a comprehensive triathlon coaching package. With coaches Charlie and Emily continuing their invaluable contributions to bike and run training, Kieran’s addition enabled us to provide complete coaching for all three disciplines. This surge in demand led us to establish Tri Revolution as a stand-alone entity, aiming to become one of the top triathlon coaching brands in the country.
Our distinctive coaching approach offers flexibility across one, two, or all three disciplines, with world-class support tailored to each area by coaches specialised in that discipline. This targeted approach sets us apart from traditional triathlon coaching programs.

How our Triathlon Coaching works
Initial Consultation
Following your initial enquiry with us, Head Coach, Jake Hales, will contact you and arrange a phone appointment. It’s important for us to get a good understanding of your current situation, your goals, style and also your general history. Jake will then recommend the best Tri Revolution coach and package to suit your needs.
Where are you at?
Your new coach will have a second, more in depth consultation and will analyse past data and training in depth as well as conducting tests to assess your current fitness level, strengths and weaknesses. This will then form a baseline to create a plan unique to your needs to maximise your potential development.
And so it begins..
Your coach will create a personalised training plan for you, using TrainingPeaks software to set and record your sessions. After each training session, you will upload your data. Your coach will review your training, provide feedback and set your next block of training. All training is bespoke to each athlete.
Ongoing Development
Your coach will provide regular feedback and analysis based on your training results via phone, WhatsApp & TrainingPeaks, helping you continue to progress your goals and improve performance. Training will be constantly adjusted to suit your needs and maximise your performance for your current goals.
