The Tri Revolution Triathlon Coaching Package is designed for triathletes of all levels who are looking to improve their performance across all three key disciplines: cycling, running, and swimming. The foundation of this package is regular, structured weekly coaching tailored to your individual goals and ability level. Whether you’re training for your first sprint triathlon or aiming to qualify for elite competitions, this programme provides the tools and support to help you succeed. This particular version of the package is delivered by our dedicated in-house triathlon coaches, each with significant experience in developing triathletes across various age groups and backgrounds. Their expertise ensures a professional, consistent, and hands-on coaching experience.

Initial consultation with our head coach
You will begin your coaching journey with a detailed consultation with our head coach. This session is designed to understand your current level, previous experience, short- and long-term goals, and lifestyle considerations. During the consultation, we will also determine which member of our coaching team is best suited to support you based on your needs, personality, and preferred communication style. This one-on-one discussion ensures that your coaching plan starts on the right foot with a clear understanding of your goals and expectations.
Analysis of athlete’s history
Our coaches conduct an in-depth review of your previous training and competition history to identify what has worked well and where improvements can be made. This allows us to build a smarter, more effective training programme tailored to your past experiences and future goals. We also use this stage to establish your preferred method of contact—whether it’s via phone, email, WhatsApp, or another platform—so that communication is always seamless and comfortable for you.
Fitness test and setup of training zones
To ensure your training is both effective and appropriately targeted, we start with a comprehensive fitness assessment. This includes testing across the swim, bike, and run disciplines to establish your current fitness levels. Based on these results, we set your personalised training zones (e.g., heart rate, pace, power), which are essential for tracking progress and avoiding overtraining. These zones are regularly reviewed and adjusted as your fitness improves over time, ensuring your training stays optimally aligned with your goals.
Weekly training plans
Every week, you will receive a customised training plan developed by your coach. These sessions are designed around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle, with a balance of intensity, recovery, and skill development. The weekly structure helps keep you accountable, motivated, and on track while allowing for flexibility when life gets in the way. All sessions are clearly explained and tailored specifically for your stage in the training cycle—whether you’re in a build phase, taper, or race week.
Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition advice
To support your physical development and help prevent injury, we offer guidance on strength and conditioning exercises that complement your swim, bike, and run training. Additionally, our coaches can provide basic nutrition advice to support your training, recovery, and race-day performance. These services are included at no extra charge as part of your coaching package, giving you a more complete, well-rounded approach to triathlon preparation.
Regular coach initiated contact
To ensure smooth progress and open communication, your coach will initiate regular check-ins through your preferred contact method. This proactive approach ensures that any issues or adjustments are addressed promptly. In addition to scheduled communication, we also offer unlimited athlete-initiated contact, allowing you to reach out anytime you have questions, concerns, or simply need support. We believe in providing a coaching environment where you always feel heard, understood, and supported.
Tri Revolution uses TrainingPeaks for all our coached athletes
TrainingPeaks account/integration of existing account. TrainingPeaks is an online system that allows sessions to be set in an easy to follow manner and gives you and your coach easy access to your training all in one place.
