Initial consultation with our head coach

Your journey with Tri Revolution begins with a one-to-one consultation led by our head coach. This introductory session is designed to get a clear picture of your current fitness level, training history, and personal ambitions—whether short-term race goals or long-term athletic development. We also take into account your day-to-day schedule and communication preferences to ensure the coaching approach fits your lifestyle. From this conversation, we’ll match you with the coach on our team who best complements your goals, personality, and training needs, ensuring you start with the best possible fit and a personalised roadmap.

Analysis of athlete’s history

Before we begin your structured training, we dive into your past performances and training records to understand what strategies have worked well for you and where improvements are possible. This analysis helps shape a tailored approach that builds on your strengths while addressing key areas for growth. We also use this opportunity to establish your preferred method of communication, so you can stay connected with your coach in a way that feels natural and effective—be it through messaging apps, calls, or email.

Fitness test and setup of training zones

To make sure every training session is optimally targeted, we start with baseline fitness testing across all three triathlon disciplines. These assessments help us identify your current performance metrics and establish personalised training zones for heart rate, pace, and power. Setting accurate zones ensures your workouts are appropriately challenging without risking burnout. These zones aren’t static; we reassess them regularly as your fitness evolves, allowing for continual progress and adaptation throughout your training journey.

Weekly training plans
