Fortune favoured us in 2021 when professional long-distance triathlete Kieran Lindars sought our guidance in his training. Recognising a gap in the market, Kieran articulated the need for a cycling-specific coach, pinpointing a deficiency in the standards of cycling coaching among triathlon-focused coaches. Seizing this opportune moment, we promptly introduced exclusive cycling training for triathletes, a pivotal component of their holistic training regimen. This distinctive approach allowed us to view coaching from a fresh perspective, leading to resounding success. Since Kieran’s integration, his meteoric rise in world triathlon rankings—from an initial position of 250th to a comfortable place within the top 50 and securing the prestigious title of European Long Course Triathlon champion in 2022. In 2024 Kieran was 5th at the European Ironman round in Frankfurt and 8th at the Ironman World Champs in Hawaii. Expanding our specialised cycling-focused Tri coaching to a broader audience, we extended a warm welcome to professional triathlete Natalie Lawrence and other esteemed clients.
Building on the solid foundation of our relationship with Kieran, he seamlessly joined the Ride Revolution coaching team in 2022 as a Triathlon Coach. Witnessing a significant surge in triathlon demand propelled by Kieran’s exceptional results in 2023, we strategically incorporated him into our coaching roster, ensuring the provision of a comprehensive triathlon coaching package under one roof. While coaches Charlie and Emily continued their invaluable contributions to triathlon athletes’ bike and run training, Kieran’s addition empowered us to offer a complete package covering all three disciplines. Fast-forwarding another year, the demand reached unprecedented heights, prompting the establishment of Triathlon as an independent entity—giving rise to Tri Revolution. Dedicated to upholding the lofty standards set by Ride Revolution, our vision is for Tri Revolution to evolve into one of the nation’s premier Tri coaching brands.

Your dedicated coach will conduct an in-depth onboarding consultation.
