Commencing its journey in 2020 under the Ride Revolution umbrella, our specialised triathlon coaching brand, Tri Revolution, is set to make its official debut in 2024. Starting from humble beginnings, we collaborated with a local triathlete community, focusing on refining running and cycling skills. Through word-of-mouth recommendations, we swiftly garnered a devoted following of triathlon clients. In a fortuitous turn of events in 2021, professional long-distance triathlete Kieran Lindars sought our expertise. Identifying a gap in the market for high-quality cycling coaching within triathlon training, Kieran’s insights prompted us to offer exclusive cycling training for triathletes. This unique approach led to significant success. Since joining us, Kieran has climbed from 250th to the top 50 in world triathlon rankings and earned the prestigious title of European Long Course Triathlon Champion in 2022 and 8th in 2024 Ironman World Champs held in Hawaii. Building on this success, we welcomed professional triathlete Natalie Lawrence and other esteemed clients.

In 2022, Kieran officially joined the Ride Revolution coaching team as a Triathlon Coach. His stellar results in 2023 fueled a surge in triathlon demand, prompting us to offer a comprehensive triathlon coaching package. Coaches Charlie and Emily continued their invaluable support for athletes’ bike and run training, while Kieran’s inclusion allowed us to cover all three disciplines under one roof. This growing demand led to the creation of Tri Revolution as a standalone entity, maintaining the high standards set by Ride Revolution and positioning itself as one of the nation’s premier triathlon coaching brands.

    Placing the Foundations

    Your dedicated coach will conduct an in-depth onboarding consultation. This involves a detailed analysis of your past training data, combined with current fitness assessments, to accurately identify your unique strengths and development opportunities. Together, we’ll design the framework of your optimal training week, carefully integrating it with your life’s commitments. This collaborative assessment establishes the essential foundation for your entire plan and marks the beginning of your ongoing coaching partnership.

    This is where your training takes shape. Your coach crafts your initial training schedule within TrainingPeaks, setting your structured sessions. You execute and upload your data; your coach then provides expert analysis and actionable feedback.
