Initial Consultation with Our Head Coach
Your coaching journey begins with a comprehensive consultation with our head coach. This is a vital step in understanding your background, current training habits, and long-term goals. During this session, we’ll determine the ideal coaching match from our expert team to ensure you’re working with someone who understands your specific needs. It’s more than just an introduction — it’s the foundation for a productive coaching relationship.
Analysis of Athlete History
We take the time to thoroughly review your athletic history, looking at what’s worked for you in the past — and what hasn’t. This allows us to identify key areas for improvement and tailor your programme accordingly. We’ll explore previous training methodologies, event performances, and even how you’ve responded to different types of workouts. Your preferences for communication, training feedback, and progress updates are also established at this stage to ensure seamless support.
Fitness Test and Setup of Training Zones
