Launched in 2020 as part of our parent brand Ride Revolution, we are excited to announce our specialised triathlon coaching brand, Tri Revolution, in 2024. Starting with humble beginnings, we collaborated with a small local triathlete community to enhance their running and cycling performance. Through word-of-mouth recommendations, we quickly grew a loyal client base, eventually becoming a leader in the triathlon coaching industry. In 2021, we experienced a pivotal moment when professional long-distance triathlete Kieran Lindars approached us for assistance. Frustrated by the quality of cycling coaching offered by triathlon-specific coaches, Kieran sought a dedicated cycling coach to optimise his bike training. Recognising this gap in the market, we responded by introducing cycling-specific training for triathletes, integrating it into their overall training plans. This unique approach proved highly successful. Since partnering with us, Kieran has climbed the world rankings, moving from 250th to a spot comfortably within the top 50. In 2022, he won the prestigious title of European Long Course Triathlon Champion plus in 2024, 2nd in Frankfurt European Ironman and 8th at the Ironman world Champs in Hawaii . Inspired by this success, we expanded our cycling-focused triathlon coaching to a wider audience, welcoming both professional and age group athletes, including professional triathlete Natalie Lawrence.

Building on our successful relationship with Kieran, he officially joined the Ride Revolution coaching team as a Triathlon Coach in 2022. As triathlon demand soared in 2023, fueled by Kieran’s impressive results, we made the strategic decision to incorporate him into our full coaching roster, offering athletes a comprehensive, all-in-one triathlon coaching package. With the continued contributions of coaches Charlie and Emily in cycling and running, Kieran’s expertise allowed us to provide specialised coaching across all three disciplines. As demand continued to grow, we recognised the need to establish Tri Revolution as a distinct entity in 2024, with the goal of matching the high standards set by Ride Revolution and positioning Tri Revolution as one of the top triathlon coaching brands in the UK.

Jason will then recommend the optimal Tri Revolution coach and package for your journey.

    Placing the Foundations

    Your dedicated coach will conduct an in-depth onboarding consultation. This involves a detailed analysis of your past training data, combined with current fitness assessments, to accurately identify your unique strengths and development opportunities. Together, we’ll design the framework of your optimal training week, carefully integrating it with your life’s commitments. This collaborative assessment establishes the essential foundation for your entire plan and marks the beginning of your ongoing coaching partnership.

    This is where your training takes shape. Your coach crafts your initial training schedule within TrainingPeaks, setting your structured sessions. You execute and upload your data; your coach then provides expert analysis and actionable feedback.
